Dave programmed eleven seasons of the Distinguished Speakers Series at UC Davis, making him the most experienced lecture programmer in the region. He was President, 2009-2010, of THE Forum, an international consortium of lecture presenters. Besides programming over 100 arts events, Dave programmed a series pairing visiting artists with faculty for the Forum@MC and created the Backstage Bookclub.
